The distribution will be payable on April 15, 2026 to unitholders of record as at March 31, 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>About SmartCentres <\/u><\/strong><strong><u><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SmartCentres is one of Canada\u2019s largest fully integrated REITs, with a best-in-class and growing mixed-use portfolio featuring 198 strategically located properties in communities across the country.
